MyCirqa library app
You can keep an eye on your library account with the MyCirqa app.
Check when your items are due back, renew items at the touch of a button, and reserve items that are out on loan to someone else.
1. Visit your app store to download MyCirqa (look for an owl icon)
2. Enter “NUA” in the “Choose your library” section – click GO
3. Login with your ID badge number and PIN
We have emailed you your PIN, but you can ask us to re-set it for you)
We recommend clicking “stay logged in” if you think you might forget your PIN.
What can I do with the app?
The six different buttons are explained below:
Loans: see what you have on loan, when it’s due back, and click “renew” or “renew all” as needed
Overdues: shows you what is overdue. You might be able to renew these items, but if not it will explain why. If you’re not sure, please ask us.
Messages: Library staff may send you messages about your account. Check your emails and app regularly.
Charges: we don’t charge fines but do charge a replacement cost for items that are extremely late back. If you do have any charges, please contact us asap.
Reservations: the status of any items you have reserved will appear here.
Collect: once your reserved item is ready, it will appear here. (NB this doesn’t apply to Click and Collect, please check your emails for these).
To access the library catalogue, press the menu icon at the top right of your screen.
